Snap happy way to perfect part matching

Identifying parts can be a tricky task but as we try to ensure the customer is without their car for as little time as possible, we always apply a healthy dollop of common sense.

In this instance – a turbo – we used the car’s registration number first and were told by the supplier that there was a choice of three parts.

Then we simply removed the turbo and took photographs of it to obtain an exact match.
