This customer bought a new battery and fitted it himself but the next day the car would not turn over so he called us.
Upon lifting the bonnet, the fault was clear to see. The battery had not been fitted properly which meant removing the terminals, cleaning everything and refitting the battery.
After calling the customer, he asked us to keep the vehicle for a couple of days as he wanted to be sure the car would start! We were happy to do this and two days later he collected the vehicle.
