Root and branch operation

Worcester’s Mobile Mechanic recently had a customer whose vehicle suddenly became an intermittent starter.

The customer, who we knew well, lived “out in the sticks” as he called it. He travelled into Worcester for work and we had a small window of time to ensure he could get home later that day.

Our technicians tested the vehicle when it was dropped off and every third or fourth turn of the key it produced a resounding “clunk”.

Upon further examination, we discovered a small tree branch had somehow got wedged against the starter motor.

Simply removing the branch and re-tightening the main terminal ensured every turn produced the desired result.

Remember a poorly maintained vehicle is a breakdown waiting to happen. Trust the experts at Worcester’s Mobile Mechanic to get you back on the road.
